Shipping Options

DUE TO CORONA only DHL shipping is available.

DHL orders placed by Saturday noon Japan time will ship Monday or Tuesday. Orders Placed after that will ship the following Monday or Tuesday. Sorry for any inconvience. Shipping will get closer to normal in April.

We currently offer Airmail and Registered Airmail shipping options at the automatic checkout. EMS shipping is available but you have to contact us for a quote.

Airmail

This is the most popular and cheapest shipping method we offer. Most packages arrive within 2 weeks or less. Sometimes packages do take longer and it can take up to 4 weeks for packages to arrive.

Registered Airmail

This is the recommended shipping option. Registered Airmail comes with tracking and requires a signature. Most packages arrive within 2 weeks or less. Sometimes packages do take longer and it can take up to 4 weeks for packages to arrive.

EMS

Express Mail Service (EMS) is available for all orders.  Rates start at $14.00 for Asia, $20.00 for North America and $22.00 for Europe. EMS packages arrive within 4-10 days depending on the country. Please note EMS packages have a higher chance of being charged duty. Please email us if you would like to discuss sending your order EMS.

Trading Cards

All cards will be placed in a penny sleeve and then be placed in a toploader (or between two toploaders for large non-foil orders) and then placed in a team baggie before finally being placed in a bubble envelope. Promo cards that come sealed in plastic we place in oversized toploaders.

Pokemon Merchandise

We send fragile items order containing multiple items boxed. Smaller items may be sent in a polybag with bubble wrap with protection as needed, such as small tags put into a toploader while larger tags will be protected with cardboard.

Import Duties and Taxes

 Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility.
